These terms govern your use of goGloReel (高歌片). By creating an account, sending an inquiry, placing an escrow order or ordering AI video production, you accept them.
1. Who we are
goGloReel is a Hong Kong operated B2B marketplace that connects overseas buyers with mainland Chinese manufacturers. We are the intermediary: we publish listings, route inquiries and operate the escrow, but we do not manufacture the goods.
2. Accounts and roles
Suppliers accounts are opened by our system administrator after verification; buyers may self-register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password safe. One company per account.
3. Listings
The supplier is responsible for the accuracy of its listings - specifications, MOQ, price range, lead time, certifications and the video it uploads. A listing is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer.
4. Escrow
When you place an escrow order, you pay goGloReel, not the supplier. We hold the amount until you confirm delivery, then release it to the supplier less our service fee (currently 3%). If the goods do not arrive or are not as agreed, open a dispute before confirming delivery: we review the evidence, and may refund you in full or in part. We are not a bank. In this version funds are collected and paid out by bank transfer under manual review; a licensed payment partner is being integrated.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery terms are those agreed with the supplier (for example FOB). Risk passes as stated there. Keep the tracking number and inspect the goods on arrival - confirming delivery releases the money.
6. AI features
The assistant, catalogue search, photo search and AI video production are helpers, not quotes. Answers are generated from listing data and can be wrong; confirm price, MOQ and certification with the supplier before paying. AI video is produced to a brief and may be edited by us; you license us the product footage needed to make it.
7. Prohibited items
No counterfeit goods, weapons, narcotics, wildlife products, endangered species, or items restricted by Chinese export control, sanctions or the destination country's import rules. We may remove a listing and suspend an account.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and copy you upload, and grant us a licence to display and translate them on the marketplace and in AI video you order. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid into escrow for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a supplier's product defects beyond the escrow and dispute process.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents a factory, or attracts repeated disputes. You may close your account at any time; orders in progress must still be completed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
