goGloReel (高歌片) runs a B2B marketplace where overseas buyers source from mainland Chinese factories, with escrow-protected payment. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, language, and role (buyer, supplier or administrator). Supplier data: company name, city, business licence and verification documents, factory facts (founded year, headcount, floor space), certifications and product listings. Order data: items, quantities, prices, shipping and tracking, dispute evidence and the escrow ledger. Content you upload: inquiry text, product photos, video files, and any photo you use for photo search. Technical data: IP address, device and browser, session cookies.
2. Why we use it
To run the marketplace: show listings, route inquiries, hold and release escrow funds, and settle disputes. To answer you with AI: our assistant, catalogue search and photo search send your question (and the photo you chose) to a model hosted on our own server, not to a third-party API. To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations including tax, sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks.
3. AI processing
The assistant and search features are grounded in listing data and answer from it. We do not send your data to third-party model providers, and we do not use your content to train models. Generated video is produced for the product it was ordered for.
4. Who sees your data
The supplier you contact or order from sees your name, company, inquiry and order details - that is the point of the marketplace. We share with payment and banking partners to move money, with logistics providers to ship, and with inspectors if you order an inspection. We disclose to authorities where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Order, payment and dispute records: 7 years for accounting and legal reasons. Photo-search images: deleted within 30 days; they are not stored with your account. Notifications: 12 months. Account data: until you close the account, then as long as the records above require.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to certain processing. Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may also ask us to stop using your data for direct marketing. Write to privacy@faczilla.ai.
7. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your language and comparison list. No advertising trackers are set.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to administrators. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
9. Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be announced by email to registered users.
